We pride ourselves on hiring PhD trained coaches with advanced credentials in writing studies and second language learning. All of our coaches go through a rigorous hiring process where they provide a writing sample and complete a sample coaching task that includes offering writing feedback. We hire coaches that can identify writing needs and suggest multiple approaches to meeting those needs.
